Local Service Pro Finder is an online marketplace that connects individuals seeking local services ("Customers") with independent businesses and professionals providing those services ("Service Professionals").

We do not provide services directly. We are not a home repair service, cleaning company, or general contractor. The Platform solely acts as a venue to match Customers with independent Service Professionals. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services performed by Service Professionals.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Platform.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Platform and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. For Service Professionals

• Independent Contractors: You acknowledge that you are an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or partner of Local Service Pro Finder.
• Licensing and Insurance: You represent and warrant that you hold all necessary licenses, permits, and insurance required by your jurisdiction to perform the services you offer on the Platform.
• Billing and Fees: You agree to pay all applicable fees for leads, appointments, or subscriptions as outlined in your billing agreement. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with outstanding balances.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Platform or the information, content, materials, or services included on or otherwise made available to you through the Platform.

Any dispute regarding the quality or completion of services must be resolved directly between the Customer and the Service Professional.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Local Service Pro Finder, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.
